WHAT IS INVOLVED?

Boxing & Kickboxing

Boxing and kickboxing are great for your mental health and overall fitness. With pad work, our team at Fitt Boxx will teach you the correct boxing and kickboxing techniques, incorporating combinations and powerful intense striking.

HIIT Training

High intensity interval training, also known as HIIT training, consists of multiple high intensity exercises which are completed back-to-back with minimal rest time in between each of the exercises.

Endurance Fitness

Our endurance training pushes the body in the correct manor to improve the client’s stamina over a period of time. These methods have been tried and tested and will have you feeling fitter than ever.

Resistance Training

Whether you use resistance bands, kettlebells or dumbbells, resistance training (lifting weights) is one of the most effective ways to exercise. It helps you manage your weight, whilst building muscles and strength. Resistance training forces the body to change by putting our muscles under pressure. If this is done consistently and correctly you will begin to see great results.

Weight Management & Muscle Building

It is extremely important to maintain a healthy weight. At Fitt Boxx, we have helped hundreds of people manage their weight and gain muscle in a balanced and healthy way. We do this by providing great training, safe nutritional plans, and guidance.

 

Weight management and muscle building takes time and patience, our professional team are on hand to provide you with the correct tools and motivation to help you reach your desired weight or aesthetic look.
