Based in West London, Fitt Boxx offers a unique and dynamic form of training that combines boxing, kickboxing, and high intensity interval training. This training helps our clients reach their fitness goals, whilst developing a stronger mindset to help combat mental health issues such as anxiety and depression.

My name is Stuart Bardin, I have been working in the fitness industry for more than 5 years. During this time, I have trained hundreds of clients, helping them successfully reach their personal fitness goals. I have been able to develop my training ideas and techniques to not only help my clients get fit, but to help my clients mental state.
I noticed that my clients would always leave the session on cloud nine after participating in boxing or kickboxing for the first time. To enhance my classes, I started introducing fun yet challenging high intensity interval training to my boxing and kickboxing sessions. It was clear that this combination of exercise provided the best results for my clients, both mentally and physically. After seeing such great results, I decided to develop Fitt Boxx.
I have a true passion for what I do as a personal trainer, and approach all my clients with a professional, respectful manner. I deliver sessions that are perfect for both beginners and long-term fitness enthusiasts, for more information, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
